The first email is a confirmation of your request, so if you did this by accident, you can avoid changing your password. The confirmation email contains a link that you must execute in order to generate the email providing a temporary password. Your browser or email client may complain that the last email contains a plain text password. This password is only good for a short time, so use it right away. Once you have used it and changed your password, the account is again secure.
